Can’t I just get a plan from YouTube, my old PE teacher, a friend that loves fitness or something like that?
You could but it definitely won’t be the most effective way to accomplish your definition of success. The real key to sustainable results is having a coach with the skill and experience level to design a plan that is suitable for you, keeps you accountable to it and adjusts the plan when, and there is always a when, your needs change. More often than not, without a coach you’ll quit feeling more confused and dejected than when you started.
Ok. But I have tried plans in the past and it hasn’t worked. How is this different?
Our entire coaching team has been there and experienced exactly what you are describing. Incredible before and after photos, unbelievable transformations and a suggestion that this quick and easy “plan” is the answer you have been looking for. But through our own mistakes and failures we have stripped out the nonsense and designed a realistic approach that sees you make and sustain the results. It’s not flashy, that’s the opposite of our style but when it all comes together you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come.
So how does this program work?
You’ll answer some questions so we can get to know you and your situation, expectations and preferences. Then we pair you with a coach that we feel best matches those needs. We will put your program together, check-in with you, adjust things when needed and help you stay accountable to the plan.
Why do I need to commit to three months? I would like to try it for a few weeks and see how it goes?
Making real and sustainable change that you can see and feel doesn’t happen overnight. It’s going to take you time to find your feet and learn some new habits. One of the main focuses of the program is longevity and sustainability. Unfortunately we can’t teach and you can’t learn that in a couple of weeks no matter how hard everybody tries.
I can’t afford or justify spending that kind of money on myself?
Another way of looking at this is; If I told you that you could lose a stone, which is typically 1 or for some people 1.5 jeans sizes while being much stronger and healthier, what would you pay for it?
How long have you been thinking about making a change? A week. A month. A year. For most people getting a lot stronger and losing a stone transforms how they look in the mirror and how they feel about themselves. It also has a monumentally positive impact on their health markers. You can probably do all of that, and know enough to hold onto the results, in about 12/16 weeks working with us.
